PARKER ACADEMY OF MARTIAL ARTS (PAMA) has established itself as one of the premier martial arts studios in the state of Colorado. Our school is recognized by the World Taekwondo Federation and our Black Belts are recognized worldwide with a Kukkiwon certification from Korea. Our Master Instructors are highly experienced and have the knowledge and desire to work with every student in attaining their goals.
PAMA focuses on the complete personal development of each student, not only the teaching of self-defense. Our instructors are all certified and take their responsibility seriously as role models for younger students, teaching them the importance of strong character, leadership, and good values.
SUMMER CAMPS
KicksRus Martial Arts has a series of SUPER fun camps! They are offering super hero camps and Taekwondo Rank Up camps in June and July of this year, all led by certified black belt instructors. In the super hero camps, students will learn how to defeat bad guys (stranger and bully defense), work on speed and agility in fun ninja obstacle courses, break boards, learn kicks and punches and more! In our Rank up camps, kids will spend a week learning all the basics of taekwondo (kicking, punching, jiu jitsu, self defense and more) and by the end of the week can even rank up and earn their yellow belt!

Camp Descriptions / Dates
JUNE
Mon. June 23rd: Weapon Warriors Camp - This camp we will be focusing on weapons! Join us for padded sword fights, escrima stick training, how to become a bo staff expert and master the art of the nunchuck! We will even decorate our own bo staffs that they will get to take home! Fun and games with our master instructors and a viewing of a movie on our jumbo movie screen!
Tues. June 24th: Kids Self Defense ‘How to Fight Bad Guys’ - This camp focuses on how to defend yourself against bad guys! Learn how to set boundaries, stop bullies and how to avoid and escape a possible abduction.This is the best insurance possible to make sure your child knows what to do if they are approached by a stranger or confronted by a bully. We will also be working on hapkido skills and basic self defense maneuvers. In addition to games, crafts and a movie, at the end of the day, kids will get to put what they learned to the test with our self defense simulation. In this simulation, kids will learn how to find their voice in scary situations, understand their adrenal responses and overcome fear to be able to defend themselves and escape from a possible abduction. Our instructor will be dressed up in a giant padded suit in which kids get to learn what it feels like to use all their power and training in real life.This camp could literally save your child's life one day!
Wed. June 25th: Super Breaking Camp - This day camp focuses on the different elements of board breaking, including power, speed, and creative styles. In addition to fun, games, crafts and a viewing of a movie on our jumbo screen, we will learn awesome kicks, strikes and jumping spinning moves that can break wood, plastic and even ICE boards! Kids will learn how to compete in board breaking and even participate in a mini board breaking tournament amongst other campers!
Thurs June 26th: Super Ninja Obstacle Course Camp - This day camp is for all ages and centered around FUN! This day camp is to refine your true ninja skills! We will work on our agility and stealth in addition to learning cool kicks and punches and creating our own ninja nunchucks and paper throwing stars to take home with us! We will be creating and maneuvering through ultimate obstacle courses, competing in team races, watching a movie on our jumbo screen and playing games! This will be a fun-filled day!
JULY
Mon. July 21st - Tricking ‘Hero Moves’: Part of a hero's pizzazz is their cool hero moves! This day camp will focus on improving students' tricking skills! Spice up any creative form or demo team performance with tumbling or jumping and spinning moves! Part of the day will focus on gymnastics tricks, the other half on martial arts kicking tricks. In addition to flying, jumping, spinning and flipping we will have super fun games, crafts and a movie on our jumbo screen!
Tues. July 22nd - Kickboxing ‘Villain Combat’: This camp focuses on all things ‘Villain Combat!’ We will be working on their kickboxing skills in the air, on the bag, and in the ring in addition to grappling, self defense maneuvers and creating fight scenes! In addition to learning to defeat villains, we will be playing awesome games, doing crafts and watching a movie on our jumbo screen!
Wed July 23rd - Super Hero Training Camp: Learn how to be a real life superhero! We will be creating our superhero characters, making our capes and powers and doing more fun superhero challenges! Super heroes will learn awesome kicks, punches and self defense techniques in addition to creating a fun group routine and learning tools to perform in front of others! We will be playing awesome games, watching a movie on our jumbo screen and will have a fun filled day!
